Welcome to Sundance, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxury oceanfront villa nestled in the beautiful and peaceful North Side district of Grand Cayman just a stones throw from the world famous Rum Point. Beautiful views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea greet you as you enter Sundance. With a well laid out floor plan, Sundance is an excellent villa for couples and families, young and old.

Sundance has an oceanfront LED lit pool with an expansive sandy beach and excellent coral reef snorkeling out the back door. The expansive pool deck is the perfect place to dine or relax after a day of sun and surf. Just off the patio, you will find a four-burner propane grill for a great sea-side barbecue or fish fry.  The steps down from the pool deck (with foot rinse station) take you to a stone walkway to the beach.

The 3,497 sq. ft. open floor plan features a large brand-new kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, full complement of small appliances including a blender, crockpot, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, standard 12-cup drip coffee maker, electric griddle to name a few! A large breakfast bar (seating up to 3) completes the kitchen area, with large expandable dining table in the dining area with seating up to 8 guests.

Sundance has an expansive living area, featuring large flat-screen Smart TV with cable plan. There is comfortable sofa seating, arm chairs and recliners,  with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax! Large dining table just beyond the kitchen accommodates up to 8 guests in comfort. The oceanfront pool deck offers a large 8 person dining table, which seats our guests in comfort for amazing Al Fresco dining.  4 Adirondack chairs and 8 chaise lounges provide comfortable seating along the expansive pool deck. Ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms and living areas.

Sundance features 2 Oceanfront King bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower, and 1 Twin bedroom (2 twin beds) with large bathroom with shower/tub combination. The other Oceanfront King bedroom shares this bathroom.  The 2 King bedrooms have beautiful ocean views with access to the large oceanfront pool deck via sliders. The 3rd, twin bedroom, has a landscaped view to the south at the front of the villa. All bedrooms feature full length mirrors, with plenty of closet space in each bedroom, and luggage racks for your bags. In addition to lamps on each nightstand, each room is equipped with recessed, dimmable, LED lighting.

Sundance has 2 dedicated Air Conditioning units that serve the open concept living area, and bedrooms respectively. This allows our guests to relax in comfort.

Sundance is a short drive away from the world famous Rum Point and Starfish Point and all it has to offer including watersports, fabulous dining, and ferry service to Camana Bay. There is also an Espresso shop at Kaibo, for that amazing morning coffee and breakfast sandwich, or afternoon snack. East End Resorts (Wyndham Reef and Morritt's Tortuga) and many restaurants, including popular Over the Edge, are a short drive away. A small grocery and liquor store (Chisolms Grocery) is a few minutes west of Sundance. The snorkeling directly offshore of Sundance is amazing and well documented in various snorkel blogs. The airport and Georgetown, the capitol of the Cayman Islands are about a 30-35 minute drive away, so a vehicle rental is a must.

-- 5 nights minimum stay required.

-- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.

-- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy rate required over Christmas and New Year's week

-- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.

-- Inquire for shorter stays if calendar suits subject to approval.

-- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
 

***Beach Notes***

Our beach at Sundance is sandy at the shoreline with plenty of white sand for our guests to enjoy.  

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years across the Caribbean. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in Spring to early Summer. We do make every effort to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.  We cannot control Mother Nature, however.

Trip Insurance:

It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance.  It is your responsibility to choose an insurance plan that will fit the needs of you and your group.  The reservation is non-refundable.
